Currently at $75k, have a position on the hook for $120k (not all in) non-consulting. I am so so about leaving consulting. Isn't so bad, but I think I'd miss out on the projects and experience I cont.

Found out I’m making about 15K less than a colleague. Same rate, age, similar projects, etc. I realise it’s not worth addressing in current climate, but long term is there anything I should/can do?
Isnt it safe to assume that we would see a spike in cases regardless of whether or not we lock-down considering more and more testing is done? The only accurate way to attribute it to the relaxing of quarantine would be to adjust by number of tests.
Been here for 2 years made SC->M after my first year here. I’ve learned so much here and really feel fulfilled at Deloitte. Not gonna lie, there are days I ask if it is worth it, but seeing how far
For those that work at an RIA and are relatively “young” advisors - what’s your compensation structure? Base + bonus + referral fees? Split rep fee?

IMO the middle seat should get both of the arm rests. If I’m in the aisle, I lean toward the aisle and use that rest, if on the window, lean toward the window. Change my mind.
Had a great phone interview with a recruiter a few weeks ago. Said recruiter left and the new one said they were behind in their process but would keep me posted. That was 2 weeks ago. How to proceed?
What’s the difference between gym pass plans? And why do they make us register just to see what the options are? Drives me nuts
