Good or Bad?
My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.
11 YOFE
He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is
qualified for).Deloitte

YES! This is disrturbingly low.
It's actually in the range, but I'd say with 5+ YoE, you could be making more. On the higher end, you'd be looking at $115-$120k.
Hmm does seem pretty low even for Austin (which I know is also getting crazy expensive)
Look at similar roles at other companies (or yours) on Glassdoor or levels.fyi - bring up your market value in your conversations

Yeah. You’re low. I am guessing you’re a grade 6.
It depends on a lot of factors, but given that you only have 2 years under your belt, I would say this is on target. I could be wrong though.
What level are you at? Cisco generally likes to start below the mid range of that level
