What's bright hour allowance. It's 4000 in my CTC per month?
Do we get Engagement PB every month as part of salary?
There are 3 components in Flexi Basket allowance. Total 390000 per year.(LTA - 60k, Company Car Lease entitlement is 210K, Fuel reimbursmnt and car maintnce is 120K).Do we get all this in monthly salary?

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job.
