Haven't been getting interviews for B4 firms and not sure what else I could do to increase my chances
A1 ^ CD&O limits my opportunities for projects I find interesting as it's all delivery...plus it's BS that we get paid significantly less (in my region at least). Basically feels like I'm getting shafted here.
What is your practice?
Get to the next level.. Consultant is better.. Maybe senior or above is best.
Have been involved in projects surrounding automation and some change management.
Would moving to industry for a bit in more strategy based roles look better? And then trying to apply to B4?
ACN is comparable to Big 4 (and better in some areas). Don’t go to industry to improve your chances; that’s arguably a step backwards.
Id rather get 2.5-3 years experience under my belt and come in as a senior associate.
I️ jumped as a senior analyst there, just update your LinkedIn and they’ll find you
Why do you want to go B4? What goal is that getting you to that you can't reach now?
Talk to your cc about transferring to c&m if you have the skills. No need to jump ship just because you are in the wrong spot.
A1 - have already done that and taken the steps towards getting sponsorship to switch to c&m (MD's, networking, etc.) Unfortunately, the process of switching DTE's is a lot harder than switching to another firm.
