Currently interviewing for a manager position in PWC (min YOE reqt is 6). I just saw that they have openings for senior manager (min YOE reqt is 8). Can I discuss with recruiter and align my expectations? I have 8 YOE and I think I should be aligned to SM.

Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?

Hi All. I have a good job offer but I'm wondering whether I should negotiate comp. I made it clear from the beginning what my target for base comp was which is ~$10K over the top of the posted salary range for the job. I also said that I was comfortable proceeding with the interview process despite the top of that range being lower (somewhat weakening my position for later I suppose).
