Currently thinking about switching from PwC (Associate) to a very small boutique (15 people) (Senior Associate).
I'd make Senior at PwC end of next year. People are great at both places, topics would be more interesting at the boutique, pay bump is surprisingly small. So small that I'd make more as a senior at PwC next year. Also very little benefits at boutique.

I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.
