First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Anyone know how to get a position as an HRBP without HRPB experience? All positions I've looked at want previous experience. Would over 5 years of HR experience and a PHR suffice, or what skills should be added to that?

I've been a solo for nearly 20 years and built a small firm from the ground up. Now my practice (5 lawyers plus support staff, total 13 people) is being eyed by a midsize firm.
