27 LPA + 12% Bonus + $70000 USD RSUs

Can I have some guidance on what I should do? From CTC POV, there's hardly any increase and RSUs will be vested for 4 yrs.

And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.
