I am currently working as a data Scientist with overall experience of 5.5 years and relevant experience of 3 years. My current CTC is in the range of 11-12lpa (including variable).
What should my CTC as per market standards considering I have a PG degree in AI-ML from an recognised college?

After clearing both of the technical rounds HR contacted over mail for expected ctc and other things.Can anyone tell if my expected ctc is higher then is there any chance they will not reply or delay the discussion or they will straight away deny?? Does anyone freeze with deadlines, and if so what works for you? Whenever I have a deadline my brain freezes and refuses to work. It used to be that my brain worked overtime right before a deadline - now it refuses to work until after a deadline. I think this is because all of my deadlines are internal and I’ve never had a partner look at anything immediately after a deadline. This is affecting my work obviously - any tips would be useful and appreciated!
