I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?

Be mature. No service company can give guarantees, they hire people for specific account and based on people onboarding, customer interview project will be assigned to them
No way to find project, the tagging only happens after the initial formalities are done. And the role/designation is same for everyone, there nothing mentioned like developer or support. There can be something like developer and testing though.
If you have fixed to join Infosys. Go ahead and join. Project and Role can be handled at later point of time.
I am 100 percent sure that most probably you will get support work only. All my developer friend whoever has joined infosys in the last 4,5 months are tagged to support and maintenance project.
They are facing very high attrition right now, their own support employes are leaving company and moving to developer role in other companies.
It's all about supply and demand. You can not say No also... They will say that you have to wait for 2 years before asking for release
It depends on project. I have 3 friends in same experience band. 2 are into development and 1 into maintenance (although it is very good learning opportunity in bug fixing)
