I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .

I am a career changer on mo 4 of a 6 mo sourcer/researcher contract that I’m not sure will be renewed due to team re-organizing. Hi All. What is the best way to allocate 25 Lakh INR in savings into different investments to maximize returns. I recently moved out of India so Tax rebate is not a consideration for me. I already have 6 lakh plus invested in PF and MFs but I want to invest more as my money is getting depreciated in the savings bank account.

In my job as an internal auditor at a fortune 250 (back again!) I am learning 10x more about business and have many more recruiters reaching out for better roles than I did in public.

Despite failing or losing parts of the CPA exams, let's not forget we still got promoted and some increase in pay.

I joined EY in January. Had no work all of January, but was busy for February and some of March. I have been unassigned for about 4 weeks now, sending availability emails to all of the service lines we are allowed to reach out to for work. I should not have come here 🤦🏼‍♂️ I know it’s nice to have some down-time, but when every day is staring at a computer, the days are SO long.
