Dear recruiters, Is Canadian experience really that factor for hiring? I have been applying for hundreds of jobs ever since I landed in Canada last September, but not hardly got couple of interviews. I wonder if it would be any different if I had previous work experience in Canada. What am I doing wrong?

I just want a change of scenery because my current firm is bleeding good associates / not giving great training imo / and just seems small. Would lateralling this early feasible?
