Deloitte Advisory folks: what is the range of salary when a C is promoted to SC? Assuming C is already towards the higher end of the C level band (mid 80k).

SC1: are you in federal? I've seen lower salaries in federal compared to commercial

Advisory Cs are mid 80s? That's the highest I've heard

I'm in mid 80s as a C. Up for promotion this year. Trying to figure out how much raise I can expect. I know it depends on ratings etc, but would like to know a band/range.

lol I'm a new senior and I'm in the mid 70s

What cities are y'all in? I would expect a 10-20% premium for roles in NYC/SF over offices in middle America

@ OP, If you are who I think you are... I know we paid you too much! #ShouldveneverbroughtYouOver

Nope. In commercial and high rated.

SM1: I don't think we know each other. Except for the partner who told me my compensation last year, and talent nobody knows how much I make. Also was a campus hire.
#icameonmyown.

Also I know a couple of other third yr Cs who are making 85-90k.

But again back to my original question - what's the range for first year SCs?

Started a new job 7 months ago. There’s been a hiring freeze and it seems they canned the recruitment team. Things seems to be slowing down drastically in the span of a week. Getting the resume all spiffed up and getting interviews together. When do you make the exit? “When you find a job” I know, but…

Also, would me making my exit to another role that I might leave in a 8 months bite me in the ass down the line? Do I just grab anything in the interim?

I’m interviewing at Google’s Treasury team. The role would be as a rates analyst managing their portfolio - primarily cash and short duration fixed income products (100bn aum). TC: ~150k, not sure of breakdown.

I currently work as a quant/middle office at a very well reputed mutual fund, but this is not a market facing role. TC: 125k, but they have a very generous profit sharing plan that contributes 25% of my pay to retirement accts if I stay for 6 years, so ~160k?

Any thoughts?
