I gave them the order of the roles I am interested in. Next step was basic talks with Recruiter and Immigration team. They gave me to fill recruiter form (focussed on Salary expectations) - TC in NYC on LinkedIn is 85k to 140k. I gave 150k as I wasn't unaware about the range before.

My SO got I140 approved, but employer’s lawyer is saying that they retain the original I140. Is this normal practice? And if in future if my SO wants to change job, then does the transfer require original I140 ?
