I was recently contacted by a recruiter about the practice, and it sounds intriguing but I still have a lot of questions. I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. I work at KPMG and was told that I will not be promoted (from senior associate 2 to 3), but received pay rise as someone who was promoted.
