I'm approached by the AP recruiter and in the final interview process for an SVP role (digital practice).
Already have two other offers (Strategy @ Walmart, 300K TC, and Marketing@ Amazon, 220K TC). 10 YOE
1. Will AP's SVP TC be higher than $300K? What's the breakdown?
2. Would you choose AP over Strategy @ Walmart or Marketing @ Amazon?
3. How difficult is it for new parents? I still want to spend time with my newborn.

Need help deciding if this offer is worth moving for. Received an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for an Associate level Sr. Systems Engineer in Los Angeles for $135k base. I countered $150k and a $15k singing bonus and asked if I could be brought on as a lead associate since I've been a lead/manager for a while in my current company.
Current company TC: $125k in Utah.
YOE: 7 with M.S. and MBA
Is the switching cost/risk and higher COL worth it?

2 YOE total experience or just 2 YOE in federal and other experience in another field? Great if the former, probably not that great if the latter.

D1, tell me about it. Comp review every year and never any action. Get paid less than the analyst that I recruit from my own alma mater 🙄
D3, I feel ya.
Honestly it's not great but if you're only making 75k or so at Booz it's probably worth it.
D is going to be a lot more work than BAH from my friends anecdotal experience. Make sure that the jump in responsibilities align to how much you’re going to be paid. D expects you to help with firm initiatives whereas BAH at lower levels doesn’t care one smidge.
Also, this is for the bench, no billable work.
It’s not going to increase when you get on a billable work.
When I left Booz I emailed my senior associate saying I wanted to stay and the factors that would make me stay. You can also use this as an opportunity to get paid more at Booz.
They offered me a 15% raise. I also saw a data scientist increase their salary by ~25% by threatening to leave.
