143 with 4.5 YOE. Take it and don’t complain
Better than what I get paid and I’m a current SC with 6 YOE.
Better than what I get paid, and I’m a manager. A lot of consulting companies are aggressively hiring right now, so they’re desperate.
You asked for $5k signing and they offered $25k? Dang lol
M 8 years all Deloitte not even sniffing 140. HC commercial
Wow. You got a good offer especially for a Senior Con. Take your offer and run! Manager here with 12 YOE and base of only $120k. Bonus is so small that it’s nonexistent.
Human, that’s good capital for human capital.
Take it!
Are you saying you wish you negotiated the base better because of they gave a signing?
Negotiated signing better cuz of the high base
Broo. They adjusted you because you’re not getting a raise until next year. Run with your offer.
You asked for a 120k base in NYC as an experienced hire...?
Damn dude, for NYC that feels low. I’m at 125k and just got a 20k bonus so 145k total comp in DC (2Y SC GPS)..
Same, is that normal?
This doesn’t make sense to me lol
Curious what would SC comp be for GPS Human Capital? ~ same YOE
I'm a manager in GPS and base is $130k!
Wow. Well done
You should always negotiate - at least for one round - Unless you ask for a specific number for each pay category and they give it you.
If you do it professionally, the worst that ever happens is they stay put. But 9 out of 10, you get a little more.
Frankly, I hate when folks don't negotiate. When they do, I know they're hungry (or greedy) and both are generally good signs of a high performer.
Sounds like a great offer however if you will be living in NYC, might want to negotiate!
