I asked for $5k signing because I asked for $125k base, and they hit me with almost $20k more.

But looking at how easily they gave me this I feel like I shoulda negotiated?

I had my final round of SDE1 interview at Dehaat 3 days ago, feedback came back positive and HR also had salary discussion. Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment.
