McKinsey & Company Just had the first of my final round interviews with McKinsey & Company. A bit taken aback as the interviewer specifically asked me to share a PEI story that I have not shared with the previous round interviewers. I have not heard of other case partners who had the same experience and they were usually able to share the same stories as they did in the first round. Any insights on this? Thanks much!

Both are equally good. But I would say Deloitte would pay better between the two. On the contrary, WLB seems to be better at Accenture. Benefits will be about the same. Deloitte seems to have a better brand and exit opportunities. It really depends on the type of projects as I’m sure you know and what experiences you make from it.

I would prefer Deloitte over Accenture .. anyday ! My husband worked for Accenture in Salesforce practice , heard nothing but over work culture , no appreciation, micromanagement . He is a Salesforce Architect and hated it there ! He gave a two weeks notice but was still expected to work 60 hrs in the last two weeks And it’s not just him , a lot of friends and people I met at Salesforce world tour had same views about Accenture .
Want to know as well, specific to SEA if possible. Thanks

Do you have a specialization or are you talking just general Salesforce? Specialization in Industry or Platform
I have interviewed people from both, I haven't seen too drastic of a difference in that regard. They both have the ability to outbid eachother on candidate packages. In some markets one may have an advantage over the other due to their project pipeline. Management will be market specific. Ex. The Canadian division of each could be managed better or worse than the German, than the French, than the US etc.
