What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.

Yes you get a merit increase and a promotion increase. Think 12%
D1. That didn't answer the question. Like D1 said there is a promotion instead and merit increase. But for bonus there's no extra promotion bonus. Just your normal AIP. I don't think you're bonus eligible as a rising senior.
I was speaking to the base increase You are right there is no AIP , which is well known by all staff
I guess not well known by OP lol
I wasn't talking about AIP. I already know that. 🙄 I was asking if part of my raise is a promotion bonus instead of all being a raise in base pay. Thanks for your kindness.
Why do you keep saying bonus then? I think the question should have been is there a promotion component to the raise from staff to senior in addition to merit raise.
There's a difference between 1) a 5,000 bonus specifically for a promotion year that is paid out at one time coupled with a 5% merit increase vs. 2) a 5% increase to base salary for promotion year couple with a 5% increase to base salary for merit.
I'm asking which structure the senior promotion compensation follows: 1 or 2.
