A few things come to mind -
1. Look for a local chapter of Toastmasters or perhaps one in your local office.
2. Look for a local college or university that offers public speaking courses for working professionals
3. Look for improv classes

My suggestion is talk in English all the time, all the time. The more you force yourself to articulate, the better your command gets. You also need to tell your friends, peers etc to help correct and make it a point to write down words you came across or could’ve used to express yourself.

Yes and just don’t ape those Desis who speak in a fake yankee accent

start with basics .get a wren and martin to master grammer first... second step would be to increase the vocabulary..at least 2000 - 3000 new words in your wardrobe...final step would be to master pronunciation by listening as much..it will take at least 2 years

Read NYT editorials (yes, it's a crap newspaper but still the gold standard in American English) first silently and then aloud. Try to form a for or against opinion to the editorial and pen it down. Then read that aloud. You should be able to understand every word of the editorial before you can say you've mastered that day's editorial. Over time, you'll see that your spoken English will improve.
Don’t speak in any language but English. Try to run the sentence in your mind before you start speaking. Also - observe and listen to How others speak. Don’t try to use complex words or colloquialism. Keep it simple.
Record yourself and practice daily. Speak in English all times. Practice diction, pauses and intonation
