When do I begin adjusting? It’s been 4 months. I joined as an associate and I feel like sometimes my work is sloppy or I’m overwhelmed. I’ve gotten feedback that I’m making progress but that sounds fake. I’ve also gotten feedback that my work is sometimes sloppy. The last report I helped write had a ton of write ups on it. Feels like I’m about to get fired.

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. Hello my fellow shoal of fish. I am seeking recommendations for a lounge chair in my office. I currently have the adjustable stand desk and a relatively comfortable office chair (not when reclining) but the other half of my office is empty. Im putting in a 55” tv and need a recliner, lounge chair, or something of the sorts to put in front of the tv. Something where i can put my feet up. Conference calls are such a drag when i have to sit at my desk.
