Extra compensation? Is today a holiday or something? Because where I'm at it was just Wednesday so... I'm not sure why you would expect extra comp haha.
It is leap day, the extra day in 2024. If you are a salaried employee, you basically did not get paid today, unless your job provided extra compensation. So it is not just another Wednesday.

The extra day in February in a leap year does not alter this analysis.”
