Works really well for me to have a less puffy face the next day if I went out in the evening/drank a lot, especially under the eyes. Besides that I haven’t seen actual face shape improvements

It relaxes me and the effects are great but as the day goes on of course the effects are wearing off. Have not been doing face yoga for long but seems logical the more you use unused muscle the more mass they produce? Tiny bulk up
I can tell difference with gua sha under eyes. But it’s like everything else…consistency. I do want to try the Wildling Beauty 21 day challenge.
I use Nurse Jamie’s stainless. I like the “cold” feel of stainless especially in the morning. Wildling Beauty has great ones and their 21 day challenge results are NUTS. Wildlings have a comb like edge for fascia.
