In what range does DBS Pay for Associate roles ?
Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?
Anybody working in EY GDS in MS Dynamics CRM ?

Sorry it didn’t work out for this summer, but chin up- lots of great opportunities for the summer and can come back next year for full time. Keep hustling!
stay in contact with your recruiters, have a great summer experience and a clear story as to “what’s different” in the fall, and reapply! But temper your expectations. Realistically, there are fewer spots in full time recruiting and so make sure you diversify your options going into it. Best of luck
I’ve got a legacy tech implementation with your name on it
Aim higher, go for Deloitte.
I didn’t either! Go back for full time

I didn’t either. Look at where I am now. Every day is worse than the day before. Which means every day is the worst day of my life
Don't aim for Deloitte unless you're suicidal

I'm in bschool. @A4. Most recently was at Accenture. (not sponsored)
As an interviewer; it really stinks when someone seems like a perfect fit then has a less than ideal case. I always encourage them to work on the cases and reapply
Sounds like someone has a case of the Mondays
^ or how inconsistent candidates can be. People legitimately do well on 1 and bomb the other. It's that, not interviewer calibration that almost always explains PL1s result.
I was interviewing on campus this week too and agree it's hard. The process is imperfect but I wouldn't call it stupid.
Some people crush both interviews and make our job easy. Others are a split read and we have to make a judgement call. In first rounds, split reads are often given a pass (implicit assumption that the good interview better represents potential).
@OP - thanks for coming out. It sounds cliche, but the line between passing and is quite thin. Think about who else was interviewing that day. I think we'd agree that weren't many duds.
See you next year
Wow, that is... a really bad straw man, BCG2. Synthetic modules? Like... what? Pretty sure we could just stagger the start classes a bit or push out more low performers (like we used to...)
Thanks, EY 1.
I don't wanna go back to Accenture lol
I didn’t get an interview for the summer. Full time recruiting is definitely an option. Hang in there
Yea what a load of overworded bullshit.
Youd just be replacing first year fungible resources with a different model.
"Synthetic module." God i hate consultants.
