I'm a director in Chicago 12 yoe at $195k plus bonus and feel like it's pretty fair. $225k mcol seems pretty solid
That's a pretty experienced SM level at EY. I think it'd be hard to transfer in that high on base alone. Bonuses for SM have been huge though so variable pay might make up for it
Idk. Bonuses in industry can be wild comparing to ey
Wanna join EY? We need ppl at all levels and I can work with you on our offerings.
Am a M3 so I can talk more about it deeply. My title also isn't reflective of my role.
It's BAU. Most people will go to newco, some specialised people like valuations tax, FAAA, Tech risk will split and go to either of the two ones.
Yeah his salary sounds out of control and overpaid
Senior manager I know was making 200k plus bonus. Your compensation seems within the band. I have slightly more than 6 YOE and make 160k plus 25k bonus.
Can someone tell me how to make over 200k as a risk director? Lol I have 9.5 years too and also do IT audits but only make $155k plus bonus. I feel so underpaid but not sure where to look 😩
Lol I need to move to industry 😩
