Disappointing truth about Deloitte

I had 2 weeks process in which we got through 4 rounds of interview (2TR,1 client TR, 1 director)
Initially i got a call from a person who taking care of all the interview scheduling and after 1st interview i discussed with her about my ECTC.

Yesterday the HR asked me for documents and in which i shared her my holding offer letter

Today i called her to check the status, they said according to budget they can give me max ctc which is my CCTC. WTF Deloitte

I left brillio last month on 14 sep but I dint got my salary for the days I worked in sep please anybody know that possibly why I dint got salary or will I be getting it with fnf if yes then when did should i expect to get fnf?

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.
