DLA was the first firm to disband affinity groups and one of their partners made a racist LinkedIn post that’s going viral.
Unfortunately, affinity groups are now illegal. Hopefully not forever, hopefully not for long. I’m all for resistance, but I’m not sure that’s where the fight is. Just have informal gatherings of those groups. There are bigger fights for firms to fight right now.

Honestly, I think it’s an awesome firm. I’ve only had positive experiences.
Nope, just a far left-leaning, but reasonable, lawyer trying to navigate these times. There are plenty of deeply concerning things happening right now. I don’t think a LinkedIn post about how we don’t want gang members congregating in parks where children play is something that we need to focus on.
