MBA (Finance) grad Skills: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Client Issues, Jira for bug reports and tracking team activities, etc.
Any companies that anyone can suggest? Any other skills that I should pick up? Current base pay is 10 LPA. I feel a bit underpaid.

Depends on the agency and their budget. You could always ask, but be prepared to walk away if they turn you down.
Most won’t counter these days because people end up either leveraging for more money at the new job or leave 3 months later with the higher pay. Just be ready to walk away if they say no.
You’re only a year in - talk with your director about your growth plan. If you feel you’re learning and growing then it may be more valuable than leaving and not having that.
If you jump, don’t expect a counter. 👋🏼
In my experience, if your agency values you, they will match the offer.
