Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does. Legally it seems, all employers are required to do so if we use our phone in literally any capacity (video call, slack, teams, emails etc). How prevalent is the issue of not reimbursing phone dues?

I need advice about Zoom. Is it easier to have a zoom link with your personal Id or a simple generated one? I want to connect my Zoom link in my clever portal, but for some reason the generated one doesn’t work, but I’m afraid if I switch anything it will mess up the flow. Any experts do we have advice?

As a 28 year old man who wants to settle down soon, which city would you recommend I look into, assuming me and my partner can work from home? I started my new job completely remotely in June and when we go back to the office, it would be a 1.2 hour, 40-mile one way commute.. Would it be entitled of me to ask to come into the office 3x/week since by the time that we return to the office, I’ve already proven that I can work efficiently from home? I’m in FDD… I know I signed up for this but there’s something about the anxiety that comes on a Friday knowing that we still didn’t get access to VDR .. and how that anxiety grows as you enter the long weekend knowing that access can happen at any minute (or not) and you have to tippy-toe on the idea of potentially cancelling on your memorial weekend plans. I know the unpredictability of our job but phew 😮‍💨
