Do M7 AOs treat EYP and S& as legit tier 2 (i.e. second to MBB) or just slightly fancier big four consulting? Trying to evaluate an offer and not sure how much MBA placement advantage that gives. If no major advantage I’d rather give a shot to MBB. T20 undergrad and 3.9 GPA, ORM, if that matters.

Do you need an engineering degree to go into product management? Looking for advice fish fam. Deloitte vs EY-P. Same level - Manager/Director. EY-P pays $50k more for base and maybe $10 to $20k more as bonus. Currently at Deloitte. Is the extra $60-$70k worth giving up my network? Plan to stay in Consulting and hope to make SM/SD. I have a family and my wife is a homemaker. So money does matter. Would have left easily for an $80k bump. Wouldn’t leave for $30k or less. Don’t know what to do with $60k. Pulling my hair out here. HELP Please!!!

A question from a youngster. Is working at a big big company with slightly low pay better or working at a much smaller company with higher pay better?

In the future, after a few years, let’s say I’m at a small company and want to switch to big big company, will the “small names” hurt my chance to get into the big doors?
