Do undergrad/MBA corporate presentations mean anything now with everything on zoom?

Are marketing agencies really required to have their employees come into the office? We all work using computers and sharing our files in the cloud, the only time we see each other is for meetings, which can absolutely be done through Zoom. How is your job handling this atm?

I’m a campus hire- on day 24 at Deloitte. Should I be concerned I’m not staffed? I have nothing to do but certification and learning. It’s getting a bit old. And my RM doesn’t respond to my chats or meetings.

I have interest in moving from agency side to brand side, specifically transitioning from an account/business leadership role to an associate brand manager and/or field marketing role. Does anyone provide insight on what hiring managers and recruiters are seeking (other than an MBA) when filling brand side roles? I sit in a tech function at MS in a Product Manager capacity. Im looking at doing an MBA at a top school in Canada and will probably move to NYC after. Copywriter with serious imposter syndrome at new job! How do senior writers up their game? Was in-house 1.5 years and underpaid in NYC. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. Cut to now, 6 months into a new copywriting role at huge tech company. My salary almost quintupled overnight. 23M in a LDR with 20F. I love her, but it’s been hard to see her consistently. She’s had some family issues and I haven’t seen her for 2 months. I feel like a shell of myself, and alone at times. I have somehow managed to get an interview for an associate role at Mck. I only have masters from T2 school and just about 3-4 yoe in manufacturing and pharma industry . Do you think I’ll be dinged by the partners because I am not elite enough? Should I ask the recruiter to down level to BA position to increase my chances?
