Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

Still going through it. I stopped following fitness influencers and started following moms who show real postpartum bodies.
The pressure is real but the expectation is unrealistic. I think the idea of your body “bouncing back” made more sense 50+ years ago when women were having babies in their early 20s. Now, 35 is considered a “geriatric pregnancy” and in what world does a “geriatric” person “bounce back”? In my opinion, if you want to have any chance at feeling relatively normal postnatal you need to have been exercising and eating healthy throughout the pregnancy. Otherwise, it’s going to take work. It took me 10 months of pretty intense diet and exercise to lose the weight and that was after baby turned 1, they’re almost 2 now. And yet, because I didn’t lose the weight within the first year, people don’t associate my weight loss with pregnancy…they think I took Ozempic to try to be skinny again. 😒
