Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

Following! All bills are so high so wondering where is the point of paying every month for healthcare and still have to pay thousands 😕
Being without healthcare at the moment I am lived through all 3 scenarios.
1. Healthcare through employer
2. Healthcare through the free market.
3. No healthcare
Best option is a good plan from your employer. It's usually the lowest cost (premiums and deductibles). It's also paid pre tax which helps in the bigger picture savings.
I have no benefits now but my kids are through the child healthcare plus. It's not that great not only from the financial side but also that access to the better doctors are not on these free market plans.
Alot is also dependent on your health situation and the gamble you are willing to play with your health.
Me personally? Probably not. I rarely use my insurance, so I like taking the HDHP option and contributing to an HSA with Pre-Tax money. that money stays with me, even if I change employers. I'm pretty sure any savings plan option that you can take through healthcare.gov is going to be post-tax. The logistics of coordinating Payroll deductions through every employer would be a nightmare.
