Do you know if Google is sponsoring US visas? I’d like to apply to a few roles in US. I’m currently working outside of the US and don’t have a green card, even though my husband is American. A googler contact of mine is helping me with a referral and she thinks I should apply for GC so that recruiters know it’s under process if/when my interview comes. Is this good advice? I honestly don’t want to start a GC process “just in case”.

If you start as a Program Manager, how/when do you begin to advise people as a people lead? I’ve heard Program Managers are not people leads.
