Do you prefer to work remotely or on site? For me I have been remote for years and love it!

How often do people actually go into the office? I’m about to get an offer as a CE and I live about 90 minutes from the office. Google will give me relocation but if I just need to go in 1-2 a week, I’d be open to stomaching the commute. Any info would be helpful!

I was under the assumption that Nagarro is offering permanent work from home opportunity. During HR discussion when I asked about it, the HR said it is specific to projects and if the client is fine with your wfh you can take it. What's the scenario guys?

- jpmc - 25lpa fixed (hyderabad location) (associate 601)
- bnp - 26.5 lpa fixed ( chennai location) (technical lead)
But both the cases , I need to relocate.
7 years java fullstack
- have service based companies offer in my current location (Wipro,mindtree, cognizant,)
- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. It’s discouraging sometimes especially because I worked so hard with pretty much no guidance (first gen, poc, low-income) to get into college and do well and then get into a t30 law school

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I have a question for my fellow PI paralegals in Texas. TPCIGA requires that we submit all medical bills through the clients insurance before proceeding further. The client in question has Aetna.
