Only if you voted for a democrat governor
@D1 - I don’t think it’s an issue for the vaxxed folks, it’s the anti-vaxxers not following guidelines and walking around unmasked that’s causing the spread

Well, considering hospitalizations are 99% unvaccinated people, I’d say no, we have a pretty easy and available solution
People who respect lockdowns are also people who get vaccinated. So a lockdown isn’t a viable solution.
The viable solution is clear: Everyone should get vaccinated.
In reality, I’m glad that it seems like some kind of word went out among Fox News personalities that they need to start talking up vaccines. That’s a much better intervention than any lockdown.

Cases are going up, deaths are not. Much different situation than last year. No more lockdowns in the US - won’t happen.
Its a lagging indicator. I feel like im in the twilight zone. We’ve literally been through surges 3 times before. Each time some wise guy chimes in and says “its no big deal the deaths aren’t increasing!”
The deaths always increase a few weeks after the surge. You have to get sick from covid before you die from covid. It’s coming.
Just get ducking vaccinated and we wouldn’t be dealing with this
as long as hospitalizations stay manageable then the case for lockdowns will be hard to swallow. The whole purpose of lockdowns is to not overwhelm hospitals and protect vulnerable. Vaccines have covered the vast majority of elderly and vulnerable people, 95% of covid deaths recently occurred from the unvaccinated.
Lockdown no but will delay or prevent “back to normal”. Real question is what will our employer do? IMO makes it harder to make the case for working in person
