Been agency side my whole career (~18 years) and would kill for a client side/in house role. I've searched the past two years on and off. Leads welcome!
I work agency, and so far haven’t seen any reason or anything better to jump to yet. I can’t say that I’ll never make a switch but for right now, I just don’t have a good reason to basically. A lot of others have strict guidelines in where they want to be, but right now I’m just going with the flow.
I had 2 offers - one agency, one in house. I chose the agency because I’m still at the beginning of my career and thought it aligned most with what I was looking for. The speed the networking the work the pressure etc. I do plan to move in house at some point, but starting an agency of my own is the real dream :) we’ll see.
