I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Hi Fishes, What kind of work is envolved in ReactJS projects in Nagarro? Is it maintenance or Development From Scratch work. Also is it possible for a UI Developer in Nagarro to take up backend development work along with UI? I am currently working as a full stack Python developer and Got an offer in Nagarro as ReactJS Developer. I would also like to contribute in Backend Development as well. Last Ques 😅 - Mid-Product Organization vs Nagarro, Which one shall I choose for UI Dev role? TIA

Have you done any networking outside of your CC and TFS? I would not solely rely on your TFS for staffing.
Takes awhile to get staffed that time of year and it is hard to network when you are new. Stay patient. I actually found my first project by working on a +1 ADP project. 5 months.
I can only assume that this is some kind of weird Accenture Federal thing where they need to line up a client role for you before you get hired. I’ve never heard of anything like this happening in commercial.
Did you sign an offer letter with a start date? If not I suspect you did not actually get an offer.
Thanks, I appreciate it. But it was a formal written offer that I signed and submitted back in December. But haven’t heard much yet so it’s just been a waiting game. I’ll try and see if an old colleague I know that work there now has any insight.
For what it’s worth, you may only be slightly behind the average hire at AFS right now. I accepted an offer at Accenture Federal Dec 7 and I’m starting next week. Huge delay over the holidays and I had two noncompetes for legal to review. I’m staffed now on a project.
Oh wow I accepted an offer around the same time. Hopefully I can be staffed soon too! Really want to leave Booz soon.
Accenture doesn’t have a bench so it’s just a cost cutting measure to keep prices down
As mentioned - Federal does its own thing and isn’t representative of the rest of the firm.
