Hi Fishes, Great to connect. I've cleared my R1 of interview in PepsiCo for L04 Talent Acquisition. I've got an interview invite for R2. I've no clue what R2 will be based on. Can anyone please give me little insights how it's going to be so that i can prepare myself accordingly for the interview?

I've had three interviews so far: 1) with the recruiter, 2) with the hiring manager, 3) with the lead of an adjacent division. I was contacted by the hiring manager (just 5 days after interview 3) asking if I was still interested and if I'm available for another meeting. He mentioned it would only take 30 minutes.
