Same as above.
I’ll start by sous vid-big a big thing of chicken breasts. near the end of that cooking I’ll make a pot of rice, maybe some pasta. From there I’ll portion it out in 6-8 tupperware containers depending on the week. sometimes I add BBQ sauce, maybe salsa, maybe marinara sauce. You get the idea.

Yes, I used to. I would buy everything and mass cook, weigh out, and put in Tupperware on Sunday’s. I did this for everything but eggs I’d cook the same day

I semi-do it, meaning I would determine what I want to eat for the entire week, grocery shop based on the dishes and then cook on Sunday and Wednesday. I don’t count calories but I am a confident healthy eater :)
I usually throw some broccoli, brussel sprouts, and chicken thighs in the oven. I buy some good bread and rotisserie turkeys for sandwiches. The rest is tbd but I usually have 1 more veg/a carb prepped

Grocery shop Saturday morning, and marinate my proteins overnight.
Sunday I cook/bake/grill said proteins, cook my grains and vegetables, divvy up my snacks (fruit usually), and make a pot of steel cut oats (about 6 servings)
I make enough to feed me from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon. Friday night and saturdays I’ll go out to eat to try new restaurants but I generally stay on the healthier side (unless it’s bbq/brisket then I’m going to town on that smoked meat)
I practice intermittent fasting 4/20 and every Sunday I roast what ever cheap vegetables I can find and bake them in the oven. It lasts me about a week I don’t get all technical with food prep I just enough to survive and remain a sample size. On the weekends I eat what ever I want
I shop on Friday. Meal prep on Sunday. Everything is bagged or put in it’s dish for supper. I do crockpot started the morning we eat it or get home throw it in over. Lunches are setup in bento style containers ready for microwave at work. Breakfast items made and ready to grab with coffee or smoothie made as I pack everything up. Snacks are divide into portioned containers. Only eat out one night a week. We eat on a schedule as work permits. Breakfast drive in to work, lunch 11. 2pm protein snack, 4 pm fresh fruit, 6 dinner. 7:30pm protein snack, 9pm nuts and cheese snack.
