Does anyone ever feel like they have peaked in their careers or maybe like things have stalled out? I've been in the same position/level for years, and I've worked at two different companies in that time. I'm not sure what the next step is or even if there is a next step. Am I just coasting until retirement (which is like 25 years away!)

Honestly at this point, I think coasting isn’t a terrible thing. But really does depend on what you want and what you feel like the future holds. I’m not really sure where I would go at this point, always try to keep my ears and eyes open though. I don’t have a solid future plan like I used to though.

I agree I think coasting isn't bad with one caveat -- they better be paying you enough.

It’s totally normal to feel that way sometimes. You’ve had a solid run, but it sounds like you’re ready for something new. Maybe it’s time to explore a different specialty, upskill, or even look into leadership roles.

Coasting for 25 years isn’t your only option—you still have time to shake things up! That said, coasting doesn't sound half bad considering the market out there.

Or the promotion for the mid year already done?
I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
Can someone please tell the details and when we can expect the new revised letter mentioning the new designation.

CSM or PSM 1?
