Does anyone ever feel like they have peaked in their careers or maybe like things have stalled out? I've been in the same position/level for years, and I've worked at two different companies in that time. I'm not sure what the next step is or even if there is a next step. Am I just coasting until retirement (which is like 25 years away!)

Guys how is HCL in SAP consulting. Got offer from HCL which is around 30% hike over my current CTC . Is it worth to shift. And yes money is one of my key motivation

Has anyone started an S-corp and later gone full time? Husband has been freelancing full time since last summer. Initially we thought it would be six months before converting to FT, but he’s been extended as an independent contractor until 2023. Ideally that sticks because he’s making north of $300k but he’s been hesitant to go S-corp in case they decide to make him convert. What happens to the S-corp in that scenario?

Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. The position is remote & I’d like $20/hr. I’ve invested in myself as a coach & plan to complete board certification by early 2023
