Does anyone have advice on the REG section of the CPA exam? I feel confident in most of this given I’m a tax associate but just wanted to hear what everyone else has did that helped them pass this section.

Compared to FRM, CFA is tough because it requires an enormous commitment to complete all three levels

I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. AT&T: HBO-MAX is probably top 3 stream platforms along with netflix and disney plus. Despite this AT&T trades at a super low multiple. Is this the next glow-up a la Disney this past month? I think so. They've already got an extensive library and have consistently over 20 years delivered the best shows on TV, period. I understand that the core AT&T business may seem like a "liability" to the valuation but I still think that their valuation doesn't make sense. What am I missing?

FAR is my first exam. I plan to start studying 3/1 (25-30 hours/week) and have the exam scheduled for 6/26. Becker’s study schedule seems so....fast?? I also have the final review books.

Just took FAR for the fourth time today 😂 LOTS of not for profit questions and even sims were not for profit!!!!! Definitely more than 5-15% Becker said!!! I got like 60% was based on NFP!

I’ve taken FAR a few times at this point. I got two 74s and this past one I got a 70. I felt like the last exam (which was a few weeks ago) was extremely harder than the other ones. Has anyone else noticed the exam getting extremely tough? Or do you think I just got a one off?

Does any fish have experience prepping and taking the CAMS exam? I would appreciate any advice on study materials, exam preparation tips, and information about the exam.

I am retaking audit at the end of the month - what do you suggest I do in terms of studying for the retake? I have gone through the final review book again via Becker and also bought Ninja for the month to do MCQs. Do I just continue working through MCQs until the exam?

Are you aware of the CPA exam credit extension to 2021 for NY CPA candidates impacted by COVID19? It’s on a person-by-person basis and you need to request the extension. Has anyone tried doing this yet? Can anyone shine more light on this? The extension would really help me, but I’m not sure what more to tell them in my email than the fact that I couldn’t sit for the exams this Spring/Summer due to test centers closing in NYC.

I passed my exam and need an experience certificate from my former employer but they want me to send over a state application form which they would fill out but Massachusetts does not have ang such form.
