Does anyone have any advice for ways to pivot to industry from tax (from public accounting) for someone somewhat advanced in their career who does not have C Corp experience? Current title is tax manager (state and local tax) with about 12 years of experience, and the vast majority of my experience has been in passthroughs and the only industry I know well is law firms (would love to pivot to the tax department of a law firm but those jobs are few and far between)

I'm trying to choose between IBM Corporate Strategy and Innosight. I like both opportunities. Innosight pays more, but I've never had a big brand like IBM on my resume. How to deal with being rejected from a consulting job you want?

We've all been there (not just me I hope). It's so frustrating when the consulting one is a tough hill to climb. Has joining a smaller management consulting firm ever worked out for anyone?

FDD/TAS Senior > Restructuring (Rx) analyst or associate (FAS/Banking) - Has anyone seen it done before? Would starting from Valuation instead of FDD be a better stepping stone to Rx banking.
