Does anyone have any course recommendations that can help me prepare for a new career in Supply Chain Management? I am early in my career and looking to learn more about best practices, foundations and how to improve supply chain performance in my role. I would love hear of any trainings, courses or classes that you have found to be helpful for beginners and learners at all career levels.

Any of the ASCM trainings. Every job I have ever applied to/worked for has had it listed as a bonus requirement. Specifically the CSCP certificate

Thanks you :) I am looking into all 3 options to determine the best fit for each certification.

CSCMP as well! Check with folks in your company, sometimes organizations have partnerships/memberships with supply chain professional organizations

Thank you! I will inquire 🙂

Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.

If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?
