BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

I had a terrible interview experience. Went through 3 “case” interviews that were all about break even analysis. The people interviewing me admitted they had never interviewed before and flat out refused to answer any questions I had, just saying “it’s all in the case.” Behavioral was pretty standard, nothing crazy. Then they never even emailed me back. Not sad about getting dinged since the interview process rubbed me the wrong way. Plus, they seem like they are trying way too hard to be seen as a cool employer. Working from home one day a week and having free coffee (that I don’t drink anyway) isn’t enough of a perk
I’ve had decent experience with their process and still in the process. The initial interviews go quickly then it stalls. You have to take an online assessment that will take about an hour (it’s timed). You have to pass or you can’t make it to the next steps. They move very slow after the first interview though, it’s just how they work
