Also, look into any food sensitivities or if you have SIBO. I learned you can have an inflammatory response to a food that’s not an allergy per se. An elimination diet can help you figure that out.
That’s good! I found that corn makes me bloated, even though it was gluten free. And definitely try arrae! It works well!
It would depend on your diet. You need to get to the bottom of what might be causing it.
