I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I don't but have had in the past. I just don't know much about stocks and all of that so I don't really like the option of stocks when starting a new role. I always try to see if I can negotiate a higher base rather than having company stocks.
Like equity stocks? If it’s in line with Islamic principles, it wouldn’t be haram
Aren’t stocks considered part of compensation? You can hold them and sell as soon as they vest if there’s concerns about interest - though I’m a bit confused how there’s interest associated with it. RSUs are like any asset such as land/property which increase/decrease in value but are yours once they vest. You’re not “loaning” any amount (particularly to any individual) so the concept of interest doesn’t seem to apply?
If you're talking about Accenture stock, why not? You should be getting a 10-15% discount on the market price. Simplistically, you're already ahead.
Now if you're saying," I can't invest in my company stock bc they have debt" that's different. If it's this train of thought, realize that ALL companies have debt in varying amounts. even the "halal" ETFs have invested in companies with debt. So do your own due diligence before investing.
