I worked for them periodically. The website has a lot of resources. They have daily huddles to discuss clinical, customer service, technical issues. It's $10 for a TIP and about $60 for a CMR. This is Medicare D so your CMRs are recorded and graded strictly. You have to follow a script. What I found severely irritating: there is a mentorship group that is meant to "motivate" new pharmacists into making phone calls. The groups are run on WhatsApp by MLM mom-types people. They're really good at hyping things up, but fall short when it comes to answering technical questions. I left the WhatsApp group almost immediately, because I feel like I'm sitting in a timeshare seminar and they display my cell phone number to the group. After several weeks, I kept getting so much spam direct messages to my account - I just closed up WhatsApp, AspenRx and moved on with my life.

So you have to pay them $75ish to enroll in their program. Then you are cold calling Medicare recipients to do yearly complete med reviews or targeted med reviews. Once I was accepted, they added me to their private Facebook group, and I found out it’s damn hard to actually get reviews done. Sometimes the calls show up on caller ID as potential spam, some people screen their calls, some have already done a med review yet they are still in the queue. Plus it’s a 1099 job, you get $40 for a complete review, I think $20 for a targeted review. I never ended up making any calls because it seems like a ton of effort for very little reward.
I was advised to stay away from Aspen. What sounds too good to be true might be just that.
Stay away
It’s almost like a telemarketer job . I tried it for a bit and found it frustrating and not very fruitful . I was able to make up the money I put out but that’s about it
I would like to agree with this comment. I also want to add that the whole concept is a great idea but cold calls really don’t work in the world of txts and social media. Nobody answers their phones anymore. Phones should be called PDAs instead of phones, pun intended.
I am with them right now but only do it to keep up with the guidelines and and have a drug info source. They should be looked at only as a side hustle nothing more.
Nope. But based on what I've heard, the pay and other benefits are great. I think it's also a big plus since the role is remote and has flexible hours.
I’m looking for a job and recently signed up for them. I’m going to take this all into consideration. I’m hoping that I find something a bit more consistent though.

I’ve tried joining their site but mine is stuck on the background check. It’s come back clear and it was sent to Aspen but they haven’t checked it off their list yet.
