Does anyone here use legal zoom? My local attorneys are so expensive (I’m scared to send them an email) and wondering if I should use services like legal zoom for reviewing contracts - property management, leases etc. Any suggestions to find someone good and reasonable for long term (DM me with referrals pls)?

You get what you pay for. Think about the kind of lawyers that are willing to take a random case for the low rates charged by legal zoom, plus forfeit legal zoom’s cut of the charges. Also, I could be wrong, but my understanding is that your work could be sent to an out of state lawyer who knows nothing about the state-specific issues related to the contracts you need reviewed.

Is this your personal experience ? Because I have heard some real good testimonies from friends who have used - please explain

Never used legal zoom but you can always negotiate with attorneys about their fees.

Hey everyone,
I have a second round interview with a saas company selling education software. This interview will be a 30 minute zoom call with the VP of sales. I am someone from a non- traditional background with 2 years of sales-ish roles but no experience in tech sales and no straight forward sales job.
I did a tech sales bootcamp. Im just worried about what questions he will ask me? Im thinking more technical in terms of sales processes and even sales funnels? Any thoughts?

I have cleared all the interview rounds (WebEx & HR on call) for the position: VERIFIER, and also submitted documents (authentic as per my knowledge) for background verification on Aug. 25, 2022.

I cleared the Interview for SDET in Oracle today in the Manager discussion, He asked about the Expectations and I told 25 lpa, He said we cant pay that much as Your current is 14.7.
I said I can be flexible and minimum i can go for is 22 Lpa as i have another offer of 25 but considering oracle brand value i am ready to go settle but he said I can't offer you this much and left the zoom call. So How much oracle is offering for SDET of 8 Years of Experience?

Has anyone here bought new build townhouse before? I'm about to close in 2 weeks and the contract states that nothing can delay or stop the closing even if something needs repair. If something needs repair, they will fix it while we're living there. And we have warranty for everything for a year. Making an offer. The sellers said they had 30+ people walk through the open house today, and are asking for best and final. They’ll make a decision on Monday. The list price is 775k. We were originally thinking of offering 700 to start since comps are around 735k. However, this is nicer than the comps renovation-wise. What would you all suggest we offer? Need some advice here. Option 1: rent a condo for 2600 a month. Option 2: pay 2600 in mortgage/month, but I can only afford ~5% for the down payment.
