About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet. I’m already getting anxious and can’t have a full night rest with the worry of not finding a project soon and eventually getting laid off. Is it a good choice to move to Norway? What benefits does a person get when they move to an onsite location ?

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline?
